How to use- with a cotton pad/round press the pad on top and press down 3-4 times. To your liking use as many pumps as you need, hold the cotton round down on one eye for 10 seconds, then wipe away eye makeup. Flip the round around and wipe once again.

Best makeup remover EVER

I love it like no other makeup removers. This puts the makeup wipes to shame. I never thought I would find anything better then wipes but…this is the best at removing my makeup!
